For years, our bathtub had a drippy faucet. Annoying noise, rust-stained porcelain. I finally put a cat dish under the drip to mute the noise.

Finally got around to fixing it a few weeks ago, moved the cat dish to the floor by the wastebasket. Now if I forget to fill it as soon as I get up, Tiki will glare at me accusingly while I brush my teeth.

Also? I put the new cartridge in upside down, so now hot is in the other direction. Still not sure whether it's worth the trouble to fix it.

I am here to tell you from personal experience that it IS worth the trouble to fix it.

Just get a grease pencil and write "hot thatway" with an arrow. Problem solved.
