Another fabulous firing! I think I might lean out the gas mix a little next time, though. Now that I'm not worrying about oxidation, I can go a little less reducing? Lost only three pieces in the entire kiln, a bowl that warped, mug that developed a crack, and a dessert plate that caught a chunk of kiln wash. Three out of three hundred, that's like a 99% success rate?

The book covers all look gorgeous. Iron oxide and reduction are such a nice combination.

Got some really lovely plates again.
