No idea whose van this is, or what the images signify, but the paint job slaps.

The purple-green-yellow pattern on the back looks like faces and/or crayons to me. Faces made of crayons!

I was thinking tiki masks? But I see the crayons on the top where they overlap. The purple fish/whale on the side was pretty amazing too.
