Glazing casseroles and covered crocks is an interesting challenge. On the one hand, the image will get seen even when the pot is i use, unlike, say, a plate or bowl. On the other hand, there's that knob getting in the way. Here's a few items from yesterday, showing how I dealt with it.


Today was more open forms--pastas, bakers, pies--though I had a couple of lidded forms left that didn't fit into the last bisque firing.
