Getting good news in the emails. My 40-piece table service arrived in Texas, in only 40 pieces. (Total. Not each.) The 4-place fox service and the crab bowls and tumbler also survived the shipping process. And today, I got this lovely picture.

The baby elephant sugar bowl arrived safely in Grants Pass, Oregon, to join mama and sibling. (New sugar bowl is on the left, with the surprised ears.)
I generally have faith in the quality of my packing, but admit to still having the heart-in-mouth feeling until I know they've all arrived safely. Now I can relax a little, until the next bunch.

One small thing, though. I started this adventure trying to clear out old items from storage, i.e. this elephant tea set. Somebody bought them, I shipped them, shipper broke a piece. So I made two more, to be sure I had one to send away.
So I still have an extra elephant back in the pottery shed.
