When not whining about Clayfolk, this last week, I've been glazing again. It seems like I just finished a firing (because I did), but the schedule is so tight, between Clayfolk, Thanksgiving, and Holiday Market, that if I'm gonna have work to restock the booth for the rest of the season, I have to fire the first week of December. Since this gives me, at most, a day and a half to glaze next week, I got a head start this past week. At this point, I've got two boxes of bisque held in reserve: a few stew mugs, soup bowls, painted and tall mugs, dinner and dessert plates. I'll do an inventory after Clayfolk to find out what patterns I'm running out of, glaze to fill the gaps.

What with the high-speed, high-stress last couple of weeks, I didn't take many in-progress pictures. Here are two, though, of covered/cookie jars. If the Palm Tree pattern seems a little atypical, it's because it's a special order, a cremation urn. I did one for her husband's remains, showing him on his beloved motorcycle. She prefers a tropical idyll for her final resting place.
